Tenderloin Tessie Easter Dinner in San Francisco

For over 33 years, Tenderloin Tessie Holiday Dinners, an all volunteer organization, has helped feed hungry people in San Francisco on Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter. The volunteers work hard to prepare a comfortable hot dinner in a welcoming and secure environment. They serve the elderly, disabled, homeless, families with children and those who may not have family or a place to go during the holidays.

Tenderloin Tessie's mission is simple, to provide a hot meal and friendship to those in need. They are a non-judgemental group of volunteers who are dedicated to providing a bountiful meal, a smile and a gift to all of our patrons three times a year on Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter.

Volunteers are needed to help put on the Easter Dinner, March 23rd at the Unitarian Church at Franklin and O"Farrell Streets. Volunteer entrance is through the kitchen door on O'Farrell.
