The Mills Building is at 220 Montgomery Street. The UCSF Development Office is now at 44 Montgomery. Swig Co. has owned and managed the 22-story Mills Building since 1954.

In addition to the historic Mills Building, the Swig Co. includes these San Francisco properties in its portfolio.
