Garrison Keillor is arguably America's finest storyteller. He has more than four million radio listeners for his long-running program, A Prairie Home Companion. The stories of the people of fictional Lake Wobegon have led to 16 novels and a major motion picture directed by Robert Altman.
Keillor's latest book, Pontoon, a novel about transformation in a town where people are stuck in their ways. Garrison Keillor is recipient of the 2007 John Steinbeck Award.
