Army Chief of Staff in San Francisco


General George W. Casey is Chief of Staff of the U.S. Army. Next Friday General Casey will be flying in to San Francisco from the Pentagon in Washington, D.C. to speak at the monthly meeting of the Commonwealth Club of San Francisco.The Chief of Staff is the military commander of the United States Army and is responsible for ensuring the overall readiness of the Army

The former commander of the multi-national force in Iraq argues that conflict in the 21st century demands an Army that is adaptive, properly sized and balanced.
