Pet Food Recall Complete List
Below you will find direct links to a complete list of all brands of recalled poisoned pet foods manufactured by Menu Foods and sold under a variety of brand names.
Menu Foods is based in Streetsville, Ontario, Canada. Menu Foods makes many of the pet food brands we commonly think to be good brands ...IAMS,Eukanubaand many more ... but they are really CRAP.
These "name only" pet food companies are like crooks running their businesses out of post office boxes, they produce nothing. Their dog and cat foods are produced under contract by Menu Foods in Canada. It's a massive scam. Remember these brands and scratch them all off your list.

There are surely many other real pet food producers who are legitimate and trustworthy ... but remember ... brands that contract with menu foods to make their products are NOT trustworthy and they are NOT SAFE.With any luck some of these rip-off brands will go broke under the scandal. I hope IAMS and Eukanuba particularly, who have had the nerve to hold themselves out as being high-quality, are among the first to go under.

First of all, avoid canned wet foods for dogs or cats. Stick to high-quality kibble. It is the most healthy for your pet.
I like California Natural brand. Thjey are a certified California organic pet food manufacturer. They display their full certificate on the web site. They are even Kosher certified and they display that certification as well.

Naturapet is a great pet food company. They challenge anyone to compare their ingredients side by side with any other pet food manufacturer.

PET FOOD EXPRESS is a local San Francisco pet specialty store. They are in the building that used to house the GAP on Market Street not far from the safeway at Church and Market. The address for Pet Food express is 1975 Market Street at Duboce. They have a well-trained and friendly staff and they carry an excellent line of quality pet foods.
They also have a store out at the Stonestown Mall, but I haven't been to it.
