For those of us who have spent many days over many months on the Obama campaign website, we have become familiar with the particular look and feel of the site. Large, bold type and liberal use of the color blue along with thoughtful, user-friendly features and foward-looking technology are hallmarks of the Obama website look.
Today I had a delightful discovery when I went to the White House website. I've been to the site many times during the Bush Administration and I am familiar with its traditional, stiff, federal look and feel. This time, however, the whitehouse.gov website opened to that familiar Obama look and the words: CHAGE HAS COME to AMERICA. It was a warm, welcome and wonderful discovery. It was one of those moments that made me smile ear to ear.
