An advanced draft copy of California Franchise Tax Board Form 776, "Tax Information for Same-Sex Married Couples" has been designed and is available for review. The FTB is asking Californians, particularly gay and lesbians who are legally married in the State of California to read and comment on the form.
Remember: This is a DRAFT COPY and is subject to change. If you were legally married to a same-sex partner in California your comments, suggestions and opinions are strongly encouraged by California Franchise Tax Board officials.
